Hinton shows off their ShowMobile

Updated: June 22, 2006

HINTON, Alberta - In 2005 Alberta celebrated their 100th anniversary as a province.  Every community was allotted a 'per capita' grant to use as they wished.  The community of Hinton Alberta purchased a ShowMobile, a portable stage.  Stage setup for outdoor events - that used to take several people hours to do - can now be done by one individual with the flick of a switch.

For more information about renting the Showmobile for your event or the Studio One Dancers please contact us.

Blog us and tell us what your community bought with their Centennial Grant!!

Grade Five students bring the story to life

Updated: June 30. 2006

JASPER, Alberta - Jasper students got to experience an afternoon of kite flying from the pages of On MountainTop Rock.  Author John McLay and Jasper Elementary students took the historic trek up Old Fort Point to see what the children in John's story might have seen in 1954, and to try their hand at flying kites.
